適合制藥行業(yè)機(jī)型
● 用途：DXDK-YC40 新精品適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè)松散狀、無粘性、細(xì)小顆粒物料的小劑量自動(dòng)軟袋包裝。
● 特點(diǎn)：
1.整機(jī)機(jī)架表面和物料接觸的零件采用不銹鋼制作，便于清洗、消毒。
2.擺動(dòng)式充填、計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)，在高速充填、計(jì)量過程中不會(huì) 將物料甩到接料斗以外，避免了物料四處飛濺現(xiàn)象，符合GMP要求。
3.在包裝過程中，物料從料倉中依次排出，無重復(fù)刮料現(xiàn)象，避免了物料顆粒破損。
4.包裝袋的切斷位置通過調(diào)節(jié)手柄在機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下快速隨機(jī)任意調(diào)整。切斷痕跡可選鋸齒、直線、點(diǎn)線三種形式。

FEATURES:

3. During the packing process, the material is discharged from the silo in turn, and there is no repetition of the material scraping, which avoids the damage of the material particles.
4. The cutting position of the bag is adjusted randomly at random by adjusting the handle in the running state of the machine. Three forms of cutting marks: sawtooth, straight line and point line
